Critiques
The tones created by the use of black and white are also wonderful, creating deep lines, while maintaining the light of summer sun on the grass, much of which would have been lost in a colour photo.
However I am not so sure about the duplication of the model's head in teh water. I imply that you are trying to create an image that defies the ideas of normal reflection, showing her looking at herself as we see her rather than as you would normally see yourself in a reflection. This would create a much deeper sense of introspection.
However i'm afraid it doesn't quite work for me, the image feels to photoshopped and it breaks up the natural lines of the water. It also makes a photo which should have all focus on the model lose that focus and instead create a limbo focus somewhere between her face and the reflection.
I think you should consider losing the reflection and just going with the original image, because, as I said above, this is a beautiful image worthy of much praise
The scores i have given are for the main image without the refelction as I cannot in good conscience give this photo a bad mark as the underlying photo is brilliant.
